Program Coordinator

BASIC FUNCTION: The Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the overall program activities including its smooth integration into existing LESCís service-delivery system; so that all city, state and funder requirements are met. It will be their responsibility, to assure fidelity with the program modelís overall design, develop and monitor project protocols, working closely with the Evaluator and LESCís Medical Director to assure all aspects of PDMP and DEA guidelines are met and followed. In addition, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for clinical oversight of services delivered by the program staff. The Program Coordinator will supervise the CASAC/SW; Nurses; Security, and Outreach Navigator.

MAJOR DUTIES:

  • Overseeing activities of staff in the delivery of EBPís and social support services.
  • Training of staff on required EBPíS competencies.
  • Assuring funding and licensing protocols are followed.
  • Conducting service plan review, weekly case conferences, and weekly supervision. 
  • Oversee administration of GRPA at three junctures along with local assessment instruments.
  • Troubleshooting for potential problems with data collection and reporting same to MAT-PDOA Evaluator.

QUALIFICATION - EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduate degree and appropriate licensure required.
  • Experience operating programs particularly MAT (Medical Assisted Treatment) programs delivering behavioral health services to an at-risk population.
  • At least two yearsí experience delivering services to those who are chemically dependent. 
  • Available to travel to scheduled meetings with funder as required.

SCHEDULE: Full Time, 35 hours per week; must be available for afternoon/evening shift
