Department: Women's Wellness Program
Location: New York, NY

BASIC FUNCTIONThe Navigator will be responsible for in-reach and outreach efforts to identify and recruit women for the Womens Wellness Program (WWP) treatment tract. This Navigator will work closely with the other WWP team members allowing for a smooth transition of clients from the internal or external sources, into the WWP and also for continuing primary care with the WWPs medical provider Betances. The Navigator may also conduct the Peer-led Social Support group.


  • Delivers MI sessions to clients
  • Engages clients in treatment and motivates them to participate in the Women's Wellness Program
  • Assists with the administration of the GPRA at three junctures along with local assessment instruments


  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • At least two years' experience delivering services to those who are chemically dependent and at high rick for HIV, particularly to a marginalized population
  • Demonstrated skills in engagement
  • Available to work a flexible schedule as required
